Do I get charged every week/month? What if I don't talk to my mentor?

The recurring pricing is a protection for you and your money - not a booking for a fixed session. If there is no need for a session or a call, it's up to you and your mentor to decide whether it makes sense to do one – but it doesn't make you eligible for a refund. You pay for the continuous access to a mentor, not a session.

We want to give you a way to pay as you go, instead of having to pay a big chunk of money upfront. This also gives you the opportunity to end your mentorship more flexible, in case that things don't work out - or you are simply done.

Mentors have the availability to pause payments if they are unavailable for a week or more. If you mentor is unresponsive, ask them about his option.
