Why do I need to set up my payment, even though I have a free trial?

We require you to set up a payment method as soon as you want to start a mentorship with a mentor. We do this to keep no-shows and dropouts for our mentors to a minimum. Mentors offer this service on their free time, so we'd rather use their time efficiently.

If you have a trial period, we will not charge a single penny for the first week!
